We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Client Relationship Lead (Sales)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Anambra<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nSales Coordination:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assess and analyze prospective customer\u2019s requirements<\/li>\n<li>Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports<\/li>\n<li>Manage and coordinate sales throughout the sales cycle<\/li>\n<li>Gather customer or product information to determine customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Determine customers\u2019 financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them<\/li>\n<li>Advise prospects\/customers on the suitability and value of property.<\/li>\n<li>Promote sales of properties through advertisements such as distribution of Flyer and posters.<\/li>\n<li>Confidently participate in the preparation of proposals and its presentation<\/li>\n<li>Represent company at corporate events or sales meetings<\/li>\n<li>Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Lead Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and coordinate activities of all other Sub Agents<\/li>\n<li>Advise other sellers\/Sub Agents on current information regards property\/product.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and assist Sub Agents and buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.<\/li>\n<li>Provide adequate support to team staff\/Sub Agents to accomplish service needs of customers.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with company Lawyers to prepare property documents such as, purchase agreements and deeds of Assignments.<\/li>\n<li>Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices<\/li>\n<li>Determine and reconcile Sub Agents commission on sales.<\/li>\n<li>Act as an intermediary in negotiations between prospective customers and sellers\/Agents.<\/li>\n<li>Advise customers\/Sub Agents on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.<\/li>\n<li>Accompany buyers during visits to sites and inspections of landed property<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Customer Relationship Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop professional relationships or networks with prospects.<\/li>\n<li>Provide excellent service in order to maintain a positive reputation for the business.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve any customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and manage regular contact with customers to ensure Customer Due Diligence.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain good relationships with customers so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in one-on-one meetings with customers to explain services in an effort to guide their choices.<\/li>\n<li>Understand the problems and challenges of customers and identify ways the business could better address those needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nQualification:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1st Degree in Social Sciences or Business Management Discipline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in sales and Administration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills And Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply<\/li>\n<li>Good sales and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving and conflict resolution capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Data Management\/Record Keeping Skill<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of relationship management best
