We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Social Media Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Social Media Managers are responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company\u2019s Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating a social media strategy and goal setting<\/li>\n<li>Create budgets for your social media activities\u0430<\/li>\n<li>Work with internal stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of social media KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Critical thinker and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Development of brand awareness and online reputation<\/li>\n<li>Work with other branches of marketing in your company to integrate social media with all marketing.\u0430<\/li>\n<li>Develop benchmark metrics to measure the results of social media programs<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and evaluate social media campaigns and strategies<\/li>\n<li>Report on effectiveness of campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Monitor trends in social media<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the activities of main competitors in social media<\/li>\n<li>Monitor social space for brand and related topics and conversations<\/li>\n<li>Understand how social media impacts search traffic<\/li>\n<li>Manage social media campaigns and day to day activities<\/li>\n<li>Manage the social media marketing team for the organization<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics<\/li>\n<li>SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic<\/li>\n<li>Manage change and adopt social media into the organizational culture<\/li>\n<li>Manage blogger and other influencer outreach program\u0430<\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a graduate<\/li>\n<li>3 \u2013 6 years of experience in social media marketing and\/or PR<\/li>\n<li>Experience of developing strategies across social media and digital marketing areas<\/li>\n<li>Ability to create cutting-edge social media and digital marketing content.<\/li>\n<li>Writing, blogging and proofreading ability<\/li>\n<li>Experience with social advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter &amp; YouTube<\/li>\n<li>Experience of managing website content.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in outreach, sales, grassroots, social media, digital PR, buzz building and building sustainable communities.<\/li>\n<li>You have to be a social media power user and have a proven background in building a quality online following for a business.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using social media analytics tools and the ability to tweak marketing strategies based on findings.<\/li>\n<li>Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and communication skills a must.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and flexibly<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Capacity to prioritize and work on multiple projects<\/li>\n<li>Proactive and resourceful with a \u0421an-do attitude<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jobs@afrobeatsglobal.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>jobs@afrobeatsglobal.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the \u201cJob Title\u201d as the subject of the email<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>5th June, 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Creatrix Empire Limited is a Multimedia company that Provides a range of services not limited to developing designs, company logo creation, website design, flyers, posters and music promotion.
