Currently, it has full ownership of three famous mobile phone brands TECNO, itel and Infinix, and an after-sales service brand Carlcare. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Key Account Supervisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a high-performing and skilled individual who will oversee and manage the most important client\u2019s information.<\/li>\n<li>The person will be responsible for maintaining and growing long term key customers through thorough and continuous analysis and consultation to fully understand all requirements aligned to their future goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage client relationships, sales and inventory and onboarding for key partners, maintain existing businesses, and sell new products as the company\u2019s product range evolves.<\/li>\n<li>Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales objectives<\/li>\n<li>Provide information on new products to partners as at when due.<\/li>\n<li>Meet on promotional activities that can be done together to stimulate sales. (Co-branding in favor of the company)<\/li>\n<li>General reporting of competitors activities in the general market and most importantly, the key partners\u2019 sphere.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports and presentations of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics<\/li>\n<li>Maintain healthy profitability with key customers for long term investment success<\/li>\n<li>Take a proactive approach to understand our customers market, challenges and opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Strategic planning to improve client results<\/li>\n<li>Expand the relationships with existing customers by connecting with key stakeholders and proposing insights that deepen trust and provide opportunity to grow.<\/li>\n<li>Manage client relationships, sales and inventory and onboarding for key partners, maintain existing businesses, and sell new products as the company\u2019s product range evolves.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve assigned sales &amp; retention targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills and Experiences<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSC\/BA in Business Administration, Sales or related field<\/li>\n<li>Good Negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Relationship Building<\/li>\n<li>Team Management.<\/li>\n<li>Should be from the mobile industry with a minimum of 2-3 years\u2019 experience as a key account executive<\/li>\n<li>Must have relationship with the key persons in the industry<\/li>\n<li>Expert communication skills, both verbal and written<\/li>\n<li>Must be comfortable working on excel, ppt etc<\/li>\n<li>Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customers\u2019 needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.myjobmag.com\/apply-now\/236095\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>5th June, 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Carlcare Development, formerly known as Tecno Telecoms \u2013 established in July 2006, is a high-tech company specializing in the R&amp;D, production, sale and service of mobile communication products.
