We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Head of Growth<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Victoria Island, Lagos<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Duties\/responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating and executing on marketing strategies, including but not limited to content marketing, building channel strategies, experimenting with different growth strategies<\/li>\n<li>Identifying channels to test, running tests, carrying out customer\/audience segmentation analysis, develop and promote social media, and find ways to optimise these channels<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with top management, product and engineering teams to build viral and growth loops to shape the product to self-grow<\/li>\n<li>Plan and execute interviews and press conferences, and manage relationships with the press and media organisations<\/li>\n<li>Design, execute and track performance of product and company advertising on traditional, offline and online channels<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and manage feedback and communication channels with customers to drive customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty<\/li>\n<li>Manage a comprehensive employee communications strategy and plan that directly supports the business strategy, vision and values and use a range of appropriate tools that are measurable.<\/li>\n<li>Experimenting and iterating ideas to find effective ways to reach potential and existing customers<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement promotions, marketing strategies and programs to promote the brand as well as products and services of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Work in a lean startup and agile process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc Degree in Marketing (or a professional marketing qualification).<\/li>\n<li>Membership of the Chartered Institute of Marketing can be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Editing and writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Web development skills<\/li>\n<li>Project management skills<\/li>\n<li>Speaking skills<\/li>\n<li>Video editing skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@redwoodscapital.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>hr@redwoodscapital.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>26th June, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Redwoods Capital Limited \u2013 We are a startup finance and asset management firm situated in Victoria Island, creating and managing investors\u2019 wealth with technology.
