We provide first class psychological and psychiatric care, with a range of therapeutic programs suited to individual needs.\u00a0We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>Job Title:\u00a0Human Resource Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop a database for shortlisted candidates<\/li>\n<li>Arrange recruitment and staffing logistics;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Induction and Integration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop a checklist for new staff documentation<\/li>\n<li>Create staff files using the checklist to ensure all documents are present and complete<\/li>\n<li>Assist in background and reference check<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an updated employee directory<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on appraisals and probation reminders<\/li>\n<li>Introduce new staff to existing staff members personally and via email<\/li>\n<li>Ensure up-to-date company employee communication;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Leave, Holidays and Absences:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft public holiday schedule for staff<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an annual leave register<\/li>\n<li>Performance management and improvement tracking systems;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an attendances register for staff and Investigate reasons for absences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>General Administration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR systems and practices<\/li>\n<li>Ensure up-to-date company employee communication;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure appropriate security for all HR-related information<\/li>\n<li>Maintain up-to-date HR filing system;<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants must possess a minimum of a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations or Business Administration.<\/li>\n<li>Any professional certification (CIPMN, CIPD,) would be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Must have completed NYSC.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent relationship management.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive problem-solving approach.<\/li>\n<li>Stress tolerance.<\/li>\n<li>High level of professionalism.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.<\/li>\n<li>Must have 1- 2 years\u2019 work experience as an HR professional<\/li>\n<li>Proficient IT and computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word processing programs.<\/li>\n<li>Great attention to details.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skill.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jobs@synapseservices.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>jobs@synapseservices.org<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Role as the title of your mail<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>13th June, 2020<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Synapse Services is a Centre for Psychological Medicine that is committed to providing a full range of mental health and substance misuse services in a caring, patient- centred environment.
