We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business &amp; Product Analyst<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to:<\/strong> Head of Build<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Determine customers\u2019 needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and\/or product or packaging changes.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all products are properly validated before it gets to the market.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the company in achieving short and long-term goals relating to product growth.<\/li>\n<li>Work with other company departments to improve the analysis and presentation of products.<\/li>\n<li>Provide weekly Product development reports to Management.<\/li>\n<li>Handle Client Engagements<\/li>\n<li>Assess market competition by comparing the company\u2019s product to competitors\u2019 products.<\/li>\n<li>Provide source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous product analysis experience at least 1 year. (Experience in a software development firm is preferred).<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of BSc or HND in any field (essential).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent teamwork skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.<\/li>\n<li>Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools.<\/li>\n<li>A master\u2019s degree in any field but with keen interest\/specialization in financial services and products is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient use of flow diagram tools (Visio, EDraw Max and Draw.io).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why should you join our team?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A healthy and people friendly work environment<\/li>\n<li>Exciting opportunities for learning and growth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N70,000 \u2013 N100,000 (monthly)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should their Application to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@riby.me\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>careers@riby.me<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the position you are applying for as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Due to a large number of applications we receive, we might be unable to update you on the status of your application.
