We are partner to leading companies in Nigeria and overseas.\u00a0We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong> Job Title: Security Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a competent Security manager to organize and oversee all security operations of our company. Security personnel will be under your command while you develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain security standards.<\/li>\n<li>As security manager, you will have to demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills. You will need a strong commitment to security rules and knowledge of all hazards and threats to safety. Since you will have a number of people under your responsibility, you must also exhibit leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li>The goal is to create and preserve an environment where employees, visitors and property are safe and well-protected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses<\/li>\n<li>Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards<\/li>\n<li>Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs<\/li>\n<li>Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms<\/li>\n<li>Review reports on incidents and breaches<\/li>\n<li>Investigate and resolve issues<\/li>\n<li>Create reports for management on security status<\/li>\n<li>Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as security manager or similar position<\/li>\n<li>Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. Intercom, CCTV, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in reporting and emergency response planning<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of MS Office (Word &amp; Excel) must.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding organizational and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Committed and reliable<\/li>\n<li>High School Diploma; Further education in security administration or similar field will be an asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:admin@pirottiprojects.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>admin@pirottiprojects.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the &#8221; Job Title&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> 23rd June, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pirotti Projects Limited is a private limited liability based in Nigeria.
