We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Production \/ Maintenance Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Mainland, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Reporting to:<\/strong> Plant Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Determine and manage daily manpower arrangement for each section to achieve daily production planning<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and keep records of requisition of raw materials required for daily production<\/li>\n<li>Prepare daily production report<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the production line run smoothly and daily production plan is achieved<\/li>\n<li>Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures<\/li>\n<li>Monitor quality standards of products and implement improvements plans<\/li>\n<li>Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement<\/li>\n<li>Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management<\/li>\n<li>Attend to breakdowns promptly to ensure minimum loss in production time with competent Production Technician(s)<\/li>\n<li>Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement<\/li>\n<li>Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education, General Skills and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of HND or Degree in Production and Electrical \/ Mechanical Engineering<\/li>\n<li>10 years minimum working experience in a Manufacturing concern<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Great knowledge about Plan Maintenance:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of raw materials<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of quality systems and standards<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance<\/li>\n<li>Planning and organizing and decision making<\/li>\n<li>Communication, co-ordination skills<\/li>\n<li>Time management<\/li>\n<li>Team work<\/li>\n<li>Conflict management<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of process improvement techniques<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of machines, tool and technology principles and practices<\/li>\n<li>Computer skills<\/li>\n<li>Critical thinking and problem solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\"><strong>cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the position applied for as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>30th June, 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Candidates in the oil and gas\/Lubricants industry are strongly advised to apply<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
