They are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Female Marketing Communications Specialist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nBranding &amp; Communication:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage brand delivery and consistency across all markets for all product lines;<\/li>\n<li>Create, update and manage all published contents (images, videos and written)<\/li>\n<li>Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotions, launching of new product lines etc.;<\/li>\n<li>Generate and Convert leads.<\/li>\n<li>Strategically promote the company\u2019s products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Develop, refine and execute marketing goals and strategies;<\/li>\n<li>Design and execute marketing campaigns across all channels for all our entities;<\/li>\n<li>Design all marketing materials, website content, and publications for accuracy, branding, and compliance with the organization\u2019s brand architecture;<\/li>\n<li>Set and meet internal and external marketing objectives;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure marketing \/ communication campaigns and programs are aimed at enhancing sales efforts;<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Digital Marketing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute social media strategies on behalf of the company through competitive research, platform determination, message and audience identification;<\/li>\n<li>Device ways to monitor, measure and report on the impact of social media campaigns and effects on the business;<\/li>\n<li>Develop contents for B2B e-mails, SMS marketing and increase brand awareness and image;<\/li>\n<li>Produce valuable contents for the company\u2019s online presence and organize the company\u2019s publications;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report trends in social media tools, applications, design and strategy as relates to company\u2019s image.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies \/ Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to details and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing Analytics<\/li>\n<li>Excellent proposal writing<\/li>\n<li>Content development<\/li>\n<li>Business writing.<\/li>\n<li>Strong Research proficiency<\/li>\n<li>Copy writing<\/li>\n<li>Project Management<\/li>\n<li>Excellent presentation and negotiation.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent use of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, twitter etc.<\/li>\n<li>Good team player and self-motivator.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent creative skills and ability to work independently.<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of Web and Digital Marketing Technologies (HTML, Google Analytics, SquareSpace, Adwords, BenchMark).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education\/Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>An MBA would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>3 &#8211; 5 years&#8217; experience in Strategic Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Business Communications.<\/li>\n<li>Background in Consulting, Public Relations (PR) and Media.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@willerssolutions.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>hr@willerssolutions.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the &#8220;Job Title&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>24th June, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Willers Solutions Limited &#8211; Our client is a venture &#8211; backed multinational enterprise that provides world &#8211; class brand protection services in emerging markets.
