We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Manager (Female)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt \u2013 Rivers, Warri \u2013 Delta, Owerri \u2013 Imo<br \/>\n<strong>Job Field:<\/strong> Sales \/ Marketing \/ Retail \/ Business Development<br \/>\n<strong>Employment type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Details<\/strong><br \/>\nReporting Relationships:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Functionally reports into: Head of Retail Operation<\/li>\n<li>Administratively reports to: Head of Retail operation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job objective(s)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation including, Sales and inventory management, Employee on the job training, and development, Financial management, Customer service leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Grow sales through the implementation of marketing and merchandising systems<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the store\u2019s or outlet\u2019s revenue quota.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nManagement:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead others and work effectively with store team<\/li>\n<li>Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store\u2019s team<\/li>\n<li>Effectively communicate information to store team and supervisors in an open and timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Support Store team with actions plans for operational and service improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Customer Service:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints<\/li>\n<li>Promote the company\u2019s customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)<\/li>\n<li>Promote a positive shopping experience for all customers<\/li>\n<li>Maintain customer privacy by not sharing customer data without authorization.<\/li>\n<li>Provide colleagues personalized customer service feedback and coaching<\/li>\n<li>Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Merchandising\/Presentation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stock shelves<\/li>\n<li>Manage re-order levels &amp; restocking from HQ for the store<\/li>\n<li>Conduct merchandising activities in line with approved brand guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Account for promotional and sales support materials<\/li>\n<li>Organize and execute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><br \/>\nMinimum Education Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/li>\n<li>Masters Degree an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-4+ years of retail store experience.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks\/projects.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise<\/li>\n<li>Experience as store or outlet manager related retail environment and\/or Luxury, boutique or fashion related industry experience with a client book is strongly preferred.
