We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: HR Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>White Soul Motors, a highly reputable transport company is looking to engage the services of a Human Resources Assistant to provide a wide range of support activities within the HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database and posting job ads.<\/li>\n<li>A key part of this role would involve acting as a liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions<\/li>\n<li>The successful candidate would also assist in creating policies, processes and documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Functions of the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties<\/li>\n<li>Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives<\/li>\n<li>Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)<\/li>\n<li>Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes<\/li>\n<li>Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with public services when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews<\/li>\n<li>Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees<\/li>\n<li>Manage social media accounts and update the company\u0422s website<\/li>\n<li>Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database<\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices<\/li>\n<li>Any other duties as may be assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a B.Sc Degree in relevant field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a HR intern or assistant or similar role<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the IT, transport\/logistics industry is an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of labor laws<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong communications skills<\/li>\n<li>Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company\u0422s success<\/li>\n<li>Critical thinker and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Good time-management skills<\/li>\n<li>Great interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Digital marketing skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@whitesoulmotors.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>recruitment@whitesoulmotors.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application\u00a0 Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>1st July, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>White Soul Motors Limited, incorporated in 1996 is a leading importer, distributor and marketer of various brands of brand new and very clean foreign used vehicles.
