Job description<\/strong><\/div>\n

Responsible for the efficient, safe and effective day-to-day activities at Heliport base in accordance with DGEP rules
\n– Organize and establish air transport planning for passengers
\n– Organize and establish marine transport planning for passengers
\n– Focal point for passengers transportation to various site
\n– Establish personnel transport planning
\n– Responsible for personnel manifest
\n– Operate the computer system (PTS or any other similar system\u2026) for passengers transportation
\n– Provide all sites with material, fuel oil, kerosene, water, food \u2026
\n– Develop professional relationship with others operators in order to optimise the helicopter booking rate
\n– Liaise with vessel aircraft \/ helicopter captain to ensure safe and efficient boarding \/ deplaning
\n– Liaise with Marine Specialist and logistics operations superintendent regarding Vessels & Marine operations and Vessels planning and unloading\/loading operations
\n– Coordinate operations with Drilling, Exploration and production entities for passengers booking
\n– Maintenance of records and statistics to ensure accurate reporting, KPI, these records being used for cost allocation and invoice checking
\n– Ensure that contractors are following and complying with DGEP rules<\/p>\n

Job requirements<\/div>\n

Air transport experience
\n– Maritime transport experience
\n– Drilling and production site organisation
\n– Knowledge of integrated and technical software
\n– Knowledge of techniques for handling\/ lifting and stockpiling
\n– Knowledge of logistics HSE management rules
\n– Knowledge of DGEP rules
\n– Knowledge of international\/local regulations
\n– Telecommunication techniques (voice, data)<\/p>\n

Education :
\n3 years experience in passengers transportation and a suitable general knowledge in oil industry marine logistics :
\nProfile : Teambuilding awareness, multicultural awareness, environmental awareness, organization, anticipation skills, good command of English and computer literate<\/p>\n
