We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0HR Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a qualified HR Consultant to lead a variety of human resource projects and provide fruitful human capital advice<\/li>\n<li>You will help the company optimize everyday processes such as recruitment, as well as implement strategic HR plans and technology.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal HR Consultant will possess in-depth knowledge of human resource management. They will have experience in consulting as well as dealing with actual HR issues. They will be strategic thinkers and problem-solvers with excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a HR Executive you will head a small team of other HR executives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your duties are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Initiate and lead human resource programs and projects.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research through various methods (data collection, surveys etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause<\/li>\n<li>Provide advice and recommendations to HR personnel for resolution of daily issues<\/li>\n<li>Select and implement suitable HR technology<\/li>\n<li>Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices<\/li>\n<li>Review systems and processes and make modifications to address issues<\/li>\n<li>Refurbish knowledge of advancements in the field and present new ideas.<\/li>\n<li>Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters<\/li>\n<li>Assist in recruiting, training and management of personnel<\/li>\n<li>Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development and integration of policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skill and Educational Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ B.A in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years cognate experience as HR executive with at least 2 years\u2019 experience in HR consulting<\/li>\n<li>Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource IT (ATS, Payroll etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to strategize and formulate business plans<\/li>\n<li>An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and consulting skills<\/li>\n<li>A team player.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in project management preferably HR related<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of research methods and analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:abraham.momoh@weoutsourceafrica.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>abraham.momoh@weoutsourceafrica.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>1st July, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HYT Consulting \u2013 We are a professional service firm into the business of Recruitment, Talent Development, HR Outsourcing and Consultation.
