We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Finance Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage all accounting transactions<\/li>\n<li>Prepare budget forecast.<\/li>\n<li>Publish monthly, quarterly and annual closings.<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Audit financial transactions and documents.<\/li>\n<li>Reinforce financial data confidentiality.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with financial policies and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Payroll administration.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely payments.<\/li>\n<li>Compute taxes and prepare\/ensure tax returns.<\/li>\n<li>Manage balance sheets<\/li>\n<li>Report on company\u2019s health and liquidity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc in Accounting or Finance.<\/li>\n<li>ACCA \/ ICAN.<\/li>\n<li>Must be resident in Abuja.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years experience in the same role.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of account regulations, principles and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Hands on Experience with Freshbook and Quick book.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced MS Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resume and Cover Letter in a single file to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@totalsecureng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>hr@totalsecureng.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>13th July, 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only candidates who meet the requirements should apply please.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Total Secure Nigeria we are very confident that we will become your preferred choice for security and defence products throughout Nigeria.
