We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Field Support Engineer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Commitment:<\/strong> Full-time position<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for dedicated field Support Engineers to ensure 100% Network availability via power on a daily basis by assuming direct responsibility on generators\/energy solution maintenance on sites in line with SLA.<\/li>\n<li>This will be achieved by ensuring outages are reduced while ensuring 24\u00d77 site maintenance of all passive\/civil infrastructures as per SLA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provision of technical support to regional field engineers<\/li>\n<li>Ensure sites data base are adequately kept &amp; well managed<\/li>\n<li>Adequate monitoring of fault log in order to reduce repeated faults &amp; reduction of MTTR.<\/li>\n<li>24\u00d77 site maintenance of all passive\/civil infrastructure as per SLA<\/li>\n<li>Regional Power Implementation with adherence to SLA, Team Lead<\/li>\n<li>A specialist on-site alarm management system for effective site maintenance\/zero downtime<\/li>\n<li>Directly involved in a weekly meeting with all site maintenance contractors where issue affecting Network Availability &amp; quality are discussed.<\/li>\n<li>Direct responsibility on GENERATORS \/Energy solution Maintenance on sites in line with SLA<\/li>\n<li>Provision of Technical support to other colleagues with no power experience.<\/li>\n<li>Quality Control monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Ensure good &amp;quality parts are used during maintenance and installation on sites.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure PPM &amp; other related maintenance activities are carried out as per SLA<\/li>\n<li>To ensure 100% Network availability via power on a daily basis by ensuring outages are reduced \/second.<\/li>\n<li>Actively involved in design &amp; implementation of Acceptance Test Procedure in accordance with Standard and Specification<\/li>\n<li>Actively involved in the implementation of sites roll out the project according to Specifications and standard<\/li>\n<li>Provision of professional diagnosis on Electrical problems with an immediate solution on sites<\/li>\n<li>Directly involved in weekly meetings with all other team members for team bonding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of OND or Trade Test certificate with at least two years post experience in the telecoms industry.<\/li>\n<li>Technical experience managing diesel generator management \/maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with technical remote morning tools<\/li>\n<li>Strong teamwork abilities<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience interacting with customers, clients or stakeholders in some capacity.<\/li>\n<li>Must be computer literate<\/li>\n<li>Valid Driver license and driving experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent writing skills required for proper e-mail communications and presentations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attractive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@pwr-ng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>hr@pwr-ng.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the \u201cJob Title\u201d as the subject of the mail<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>30th July, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Plush-Work Resources is a Telecomms Infrastructure, Haulage, and Power Solutions one-stop-shop offering a vast portfolio of world-class services across emerging markets.
