Fitness and healthy living is everyone\u2019s fundamental right. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Customer Service Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sell products and services on your assigned work platform.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customer complaints via phone calls, email, or social media.<\/li>\n<li>Use your assigned work platform to reach out to customers and verify account information.<\/li>\n<li>Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.<\/li>\n<li>Cancel or upgrade orders.<\/li>\n<li>Inform customer of deals and promotions.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.<\/li>\n<li>Work with customer service supervisor to ensure proper customer service is delivered.<\/li>\n<li>Close out or open call records.<\/li>\n<li>Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Responding promptly to customer inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.<\/li>\n<li>Advise customers on company products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the face of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.<\/li>\n<li>Handle product recalls.<\/li>\n<li>Persuade customers to reconsider cancellation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of two years experience as a Customer Service Representative in a fast paced organization.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of a B.A, B.Sc. or HND in any related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Persuasive speaking &amp; writing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Empathy.<\/li>\n<li>Clear communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Quick thinking<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV \/ Resume and Cover Letter to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:Vacancy.getfitng@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Vacancy.getfitng@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>12th July, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Getfit Technologies Limited is one of the fastest growing indigenous startups, that focuses on fitness wear-ables and highly customer centric.
