We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Paramedic<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Nationwide<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a trained paramedic to be part of our team of healthcare professionals attending primarily out-of-hospital medical incidents.<\/li>\n<li>As an employee dealing mostly with emergencies, you must be committed and focused. Ideal candidate must be very competent and knowledgeable as well as self-motivated and compassionate.<\/li>\n<li>The goal is simply to contribute the best you can to help people in need and save lives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate ambulance equipment and respond to radio transmissions<\/li>\n<li>Lead and coordinate the team responding to an emergency<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the patient\u2019s condition on the scene and perform preliminary diagnosis<\/li>\n<li>Attend to injuries or sudden illnesses by applying a variety of pre-hospital simple and advanced treatments (first aid, CPR, administering injections and oxygen etc.) or surgical procedures<\/li>\n<li>Use tech equipment and tools to stabilize patients or provide immediate treatment<\/li>\n<li>Monitor patient\u2019s condition en route to the hospital<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with interested parties (police, firefighting unit, doctors etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Write and submit concrete and accurate reports on incidents<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to established medical protocols and procedures as well as legal guidelines and health and safety standards<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast with new treatment and medical procedures through continuous training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a paramedic<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of medical procedures, terminology and medications<\/li>\n<li>Ability to stay calm and make the right decisions in adverse conditions<\/li>\n<li>Adaptable with a great deal of stamina<\/li>\n<li>Excellent working knowledge of medical equipment and devices<\/li>\n<li>Integrity and compassion towards human pain<\/li>\n<li>Higher National diploma; Licensed Paramedic is a Dispatcher to act as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls.<\/li>\n<li>You will receive requests, transmit messages and track vehicles.<\/li>\n<li>Ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations.<\/li>\n<li>You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information<\/li>\n<li>Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions<\/li>\n<li>Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance<\/li>\n<li>Use radio, phone or computer to send crews, vehicles or other field units to appropriate locations<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule<\/li>\n<li>Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements<\/li>\n<li>Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position<\/li>\n<li>Fast typing with experience in data entry<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of procedures and guideline for emergency situations<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in English (oral and written)<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding organizational and multitasking
