We are seeking for qualified candidates for the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Compliance Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja, Head Office<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nUnder the supervision of the Unit Head, the Compliance Assistant is to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carry out first-level review on financial reports (returns) from supported health facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Submit collated reviewed reports for second-level review and reimbursement.<\/li>\n<li>Present feedback forms on sites reviewed to a superior officer for double-checks.<\/li>\n<li>Handle quarterly stocktaking of all items in the store\/warehouse.<\/li>\n<li>Review and certify staffs\u2019 daily retirements.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct visits to supported health facilities to evaluate value-for-money on materials, equipment, drugs and consumables delivered to the facilities for use.<\/li>\n<li>Record and distribute financial reports from supported health facilities to other staff within the department.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in assets verification exercise in line with the Institute\u2019s annual work plan.<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification\/Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.
