We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Stock Management Associate, West Region<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ibadan, Oyo State<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Reporting to:<\/strong> Country Store Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greenlight Planet is looking for a Stock Management Associate to be responsible will ensure that the overall performance targets of the Sun King Stores in Nigeria are met.<\/li>\n<li>The role will be critical in inculcating best of class inventory management practices including receiving, storage, issuance, tracking, reporting across the region.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undertaking inventory issuance audits to ensure that it is being issued in the prescribed manner and to authorized personnel;<\/li>\n<li>Conducting periodic inventory audits in shops within the assigned region including physical verifications and on the different systems;<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing weekly shop inventory and marketing reports for all the shops for the assigned region;<\/li>\n<li>Sharing regional weekly shop inventory and marketing reports with the Country Store Manager;<\/li>\n<li>Conducting regular process audits within the region and escalating any identified gaps for resolution;<\/li>\n<li>Escalating promptly inventory shortage, theft, loss within the region assigned;<\/li>\n<li>Conducting regular audits across the shops to ascertain compliance with local and national legal requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Preparing regular inventory variance reports as may be prescribed from time to time;<\/li>\n<li>Following up on variances, theft, and losses to ensure resolution, including obtaining police reports where necessary;<\/li>\n<li>Preparing weekly stock levels across all shops within the assigned region;<\/li>\n<li>Training Sun King Store Executives (SSE\u2019s) on new and existing inventory management interventions;<\/li>\n<li>Carrying regular audit\u2019s on adherence to laid down health and safety, etiquette and cleanliness guidelines;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nThe ideal candidate:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Has a Bachelor\u2019s degree or Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management, or related discipline from a recognized institution;<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of two (2) years\u2019 progressive work experience in procurement and supply or inventory management in a multinational organization;<\/li>\n<li>Is results-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet strict timelines;<\/li>\n<li>Is a team player and can demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships among various stakeholders;<\/li>\n<li>Has advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel application;<\/li>\n<li>Has experience working in ERP System and other inventory management application;<\/li>\n<li>Is honest, trustworthy and possesses a high degree of personal integrity and professionalism;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates sound judgment, excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, presentation, and reporting;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greenlightplanet.com\/job-posting\/#op-398090-stock-management-associate-west-region\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Greenlight Planet is a multinational, for-profit business that designs, distributes, and finances solar-powered home energy products, with an underserved population in mind: the 1.3 billion global consumers for whom the&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[2848],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
