We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Finance Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Akwa Ibom<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a reliable Finance Manager that will analyze every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.<\/li>\n<li>The goal is to enable the company&#8217;s leaders make sound business decisions and meet the company&#8217;s objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.<\/li>\n<li>Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the financial health of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company\u0422s actual performance compared to the business plans.<\/li>\n<li>Develop trends and projections for the firm\u0422s finances.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the preparation of the company\u0422s budget.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.<\/li>\n<li>Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a Financial Manager<\/li>\n<li>Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns<\/li>\n<li>Proficient user of finance software<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used<\/li>\n<li>A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics<\/li>\n<li>Professional qualification such as CFA\/CPA or similar will be considered a plus<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must be resident in Eket, Akwa Ibom State<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidate should send their Resume to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jobs@unocasaltd.com\"><strong>jobs@unocasaltd.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the job position as mail subject<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>8th July, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UnoCasa Limited &#8211; Our team comprises vibrant individuals who are passionate about providing strategic human resources support to businesses.
