Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer (Infrastructure)
\nDepartment:

\n<\/strong> \u2022Facilitate QA Processes within the IS organization
\n\u2022Conduct training programs on Quality Management System
\n\u2022Recommend necessary updates and reviews of QA processes
\n\u2022Create innovative ways to continually improve the Quality Management System
\n\u2022Collect and analyze data from QA Metrics
\n\u2022Perform root cause analysis of QA related problems and device corrective and preventive actions
\n\u2022Conduct reviews and audits.
\n\u2022Facilitate documentation, and template standardization processes
\n\u2022Facilitate compliance to company Safety, Health and Environment policies within IS
\n\u2022Review recommendations and participate in internal and external QA audits activities
\n\u2022Develop cost effective solutions and innovative approach to meet the organization quality assurance objectives
\n\u2022Collect quality assurance data, analyze and prepare reports as necessary
\nJob Conditions: Normal MTNN working conditions. May be required to work extra hours to meet up with project deliverables.
\nReporting To: Team Lead, Testing<\/p>\n

Required Skills:<\/strong>
\n\u20224 years work experience in telecommunications\/IS industry including:
\n\u2022Experience in Software Quality Management System (not necessarily testing); Software Quality Process Definition and Reviews
\n\u2022ISO or CMM or CMMI would be an added advantage.<\/p>\n

Employment Status :<\/strong>

\nQualification:
\nMinimum of B.Sc. Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Science. Relevant qualification in systems development and integration or other IS environments.<\/p>\n
