Our clients require the services of suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Field Agent (Agriculture)<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Nationwide<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Field agents (Agriculture) enlighten and educate farmers as well as monitor farm activities.<\/li>\n<li>Agents are required to travel to farms in rural areas and local communities, monitor and evaluate progress on the farm and provide feedback.<\/li>\n<li>They also help them improve their farming methods and techniques.<\/li>\n<li>They will be expected to work a flexible schedule with virtual aid and visit the farms only from time to time.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate should be able to turn data into information to aid the company make business decisions and monitor performance and quality control plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visit farms to collect, measure and interpret data<\/li>\n<li>Monitor farm activities and operations<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate farmers and monitor performance<\/li>\n<li>Inspect farm produce and check for defects (quality control)<\/li>\n<li>Resolve issues as they relate to farming activities<\/li>\n<li>Serve as middleman between the farmers and management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Skill Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OND \/ HND \/ B.Sc in Agriculture or related courses<\/li>\n<li>Be computer literate<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use android-based application for monitoring and record taking<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Proactive and attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Excellent reporting skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV\/Profile to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@bizpool.Africa\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>info@bizpool.Africa<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>16th July, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bizpool Africa &#8211;
