{"id":89071,"date":"2020-07-10T12:58:06","date_gmt":"2020-07-10T11:58:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=89071"},"modified":"2020-07-10T12:58:06","modified_gmt":"2020-07-10T11:58:06","slug":"shenzhen-dymind-biotechnology-company-limited","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/shenzhen-dymind-biotechnology-company-limited.html","title":{"rendered":"Shenzhen Dymind Biotechnology Company Limited"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Shenzhen Dymind Biotechnology Company Limited is a high-tech enterprise specialized in R&amp;D, production, sales, and service of medical devices, the main products including in-vitro diagnostics products (hematology analyzer), as well as immunoassay and other reagent products.<\/p>\n<p>We are exploring our IVD business rapidly all over the world, hence we are hiring to fill the position below in Nigeria:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Country Sales Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support &amp; keep good relationship with our local distributors\/partners to achieve Dymind sales target.<\/li>\n<li>To promote &amp; find the suitable new distributors for the assigned products to achieve the designated sales target.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth market investigation supports for assigned products.<\/li>\n<li>To do daily, weekly or monthly working plans&amp;reports by submitting documents on time, according to company management rule.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and visit key accounts on own \/ with distributors and help them to build up Dymind reference hospitals in the region.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the market changes\/trends info, collect &amp; analyze the market info including competitors\u2019 data and update to Dymind.<\/li>\n<li>Organize or coordinate marketing activities of conferences \/ exhibitions, to build up KOL\/Specialist good relations locally and use into our marketing activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or above, minimum 5 years work experiences in big IVD companies.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge or skill in how to build up and operate a good strategy of business development for the assigned products.<\/li>\n<li>Ability in organizing &amp; processing the marketing or sales activities, and can travel all over India for work.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge for the local market info or situation of IVD field.<\/li>\n<li>Good communicator and very much oriented to interpersonal relationships.<\/li>\n<li>High level of self-motivation, passionate and initiative, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Ability to work independently, but also a good team player.<\/li>\n<li>Language skill: excellent at English and Hindi<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge on all Microsoft office software(Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)<\/li>\n<li>Ability in developing contact with new customers and catch business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability in building up team, in coordinating and leading the team to reach commercial goals.<\/li>\n<li>Strong desire and ability to provide suggestions of how to optimize processes and improve the overall sales performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/1911141580\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Click here to apply<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shenzhen Dymind Biotechnology Company Limited is a high-tech enterprise specialized in R&amp;D, production, sales, and service of medical devices, the main products including in-vitro diagnostics products (hematology analyzer), as well&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[43,63],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
