The ideal  candidate will have a new build and refurbishment experience gained within a top  rate contractor and will have a solid career history<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tendering procedures<\/li>\n<li>Pre-contract procedures and documentation<\/li>\n<li>Advance payment recovery and administration<\/li>\n<li>Interim evaluation of completed works<\/li>\n<li>Monthly performance evaluation<\/li>\n<li>Variation order claims<\/li>\n<li>Fluctuation of price claims<\/li>\n<li>Executed quantity of works variance check<\/li>\n<li>Contract due amount payment facilitation<\/li>\n<li>Contract documentation<\/li>\n<li>Contract final accounts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ideal candidate should have a BSC or HND in Quantity Surveying, could  also be HNC qualified.
