{"id":89186,"date":"2020-07-14T14:18:24","date_gmt":"2020-07-14T13:18:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=89186"},"modified":"2020-07-14T14:18:24","modified_gmt":"2020-07-14T13:18:24","slug":"hk-designs-limited-current-employment-opportunity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/hk-designs-limited-current-employment-opportunity.html","title":{"rendered":"HK Designs Limited Current Employment Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>HK Designs Limited &#8211; Our client, an Architectural, Construction and Interior Outfit with the sole aim of providing highly specialized, value-added, integrated services for all major business market both private and public requires the services of candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Project Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose<\/strong><br \/>\nTo coordinate, plan and oversee the project activities from inception to completion within the set budget, scope and timeline.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all areas of the project, set timelines and assign responsibilities to relevant team members.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a detailed project plan and track project performance.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare progress report on project status to Management and Client as required.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare project time schedule and ensure adherence to the timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the relationship with sub-contractors, vendors, suppliers to ensure standard service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct risk assessment to manage and minimize project risks.<\/li>\n<li>Keep all records of project documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with clients to get the detailed project brief and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure project delivery and execution within set budget and timeframe.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate availability of resources and project materials.<\/li>\n<li>Adjust to changes that may occur in the course of the project execution.<\/li>\n<li>Report and escalate issues to Management as they arise.<\/li>\n<li>Process certificate of completion and all necessary post completion documents.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification \/ Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bsc or Masters in Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Survey with 5 years\u2019 project management experience. Knowledge of relevant softwares. Knowledge of project time schedule is important.
