We are recruiting to fill the positions below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Secretary (Female)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Alimosho, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.<\/li>\n<li>File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.<\/li>\n<li>Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders<\/li>\n<li>Make travel arrangements<\/li>\n<li>Document expenses and hand in reports<\/li>\n<li>Undertake occasional receptionist duties.<\/li>\n<li>Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Manage the daily\/weekly\/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain a filing system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OND \/ HND \/ BSc in any Discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Experience: 3 years<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Integrity and professionalism<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office<\/li>\n<li>Must reside in Alimosho and its axis.<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques<\/li>\n<li>High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:career@oceancrestgroupng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>career@oceancrestgroupng.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>20th July, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ocean Crest Technologies Limited is an indigenous Nigeria construction company with over a decade experience.
