We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Growth Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nMarketing and sales activities including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing email marketing activities<\/li>\n<li>Serving as sales advisor to our clients and the public by answering all of their sales related questions and concerns.<\/li>\n<li>Writing and proofreading creative content for online and traditional marketing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Business Development Strategy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring and analyzing data trends (from CRM and website) and conducting external market research for growth<\/li>\n<li>Periodically analyzing customer feedbacks for product development<\/li>\n<li>Contributing ideas for improving marketing standards and processes whenever the need be.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Others:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mastering all aspects of our software and independently conducting demos to prospective clients<\/li>\n<li>Participating in our software implementation to new facilities<\/li>\n<li>Participating in general office administrative processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of an Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or MIS (or other related to the duo) from a recognized institution.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in marketing\/customer service related position(s) is desirable<\/li>\n<li>Understanding and prior use of at least one major data analysis package (e.g. SPSS)<\/li>\n<li>Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite &amp; CRM), and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Deep expertise in digital marketing (+SEO)<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good business acumen<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of hospitals and healthcare.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>A good relationship builder with a positive and approachable attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Well-organized and detail-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Excellent writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Preferred Location: Surulere-based or a maximum of 15 minutes drive away.<\/li>\n<li>Good telephone communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Basic project management know-how.<\/li>\n<li>Top-notch negotiation and persuasion skill<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding presentation and reporting skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N65,000 \u2013 N80,000 monthly (+ Medical Coverage).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/ovapE51vWfKj49jVA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>11:59 pm, 18th July, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Swift MediSpark is the official distributor of SwiftPractice EMR, Nigeria\u2019s most robust Electronic Medical Records and Hospital Management Software.
