We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Customer Service \/ Front Desk Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.<\/li>\n<li>Hear and resolve complaints from customers.<\/li>\n<li>Answers incoming enquiries by phone and email with a friendly tone and a correct attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Issues pass and signs in visitors to the office.<\/li>\n<li>File and maintain records.<\/li>\n<li>Transmit information or documents to customers using computer.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule appointments, maintain and update appointment calendars.<\/li>\n<li>Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail and messages.<\/li>\n<li>Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.<\/li>\n<li>Provide information about services provided.<\/li>\n<li>Makes calls and records messages for the respective staff as requested.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications\/Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A good HND\/ B.Sc degree in relevant field<\/li>\n<li>1-3 years\u2019 experience relevant front desk or customer service experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proximity of applicants to Lekki Phase 1 will be added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must be female.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent administrative skills and experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, smart and result oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in spoken and written English Language.<\/li>\n<li>Friendly, warm and compassionate personality.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in word structure and composition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@sternandkay.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>recruitment@sternandkay.com.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the \u201cJob Title\u201d as the subject of the email<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>21st July, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Stern &amp;
