Key Roles & Responsibilities<\/strong>
\nTo run the branch as a profit center, managing the sales process by acquiring new business and deepening existing Customer relationships and maintaining operational efficiency while providing the appropriate Service Standards.
\n\u2022 Active participation in the CB Shared Distribution strategy to execute branch action plans for meeting revenues and cost targets<\/p>\n\u2022 Ensure full Compliance with group standards, local laws and regulations, controls and procedures of the bank.
\n\u2022 Achieving Q12 scores higher than 4.00<\/p>\n
Service Quality
\n\u2022 Accountability for SQ measures and performance
\n\u2022 Maintaining good appearance of branch facilities and staff.
\n\u2022 Track Service Performance regularly and rectify any deficiency
\n\u2022 Attend to and resolve customer\u2019s complaints and feedback promptly
\n\u2022 Ensure strict compliance with corporate branding and visual standards.<\/p>\n
Human Resources Management & Training.
\n\u2022 Improve staff quality and develop their potential
\n\u2022 Convey Targets and objectives set by top management to all staff and direct resources towards achievement of these targets and objectives.
\n\u2022 Provide job rotation and OJT opportunities to enhance staff skills.
\n\u2022 Carry out staff competency model (personal development planning) and performance appraisal to encourage good performance and highlight areas for development
\n\u2022 Communicate Bank and CB strategy and tactics.<\/p>\n
Support Roles.
\n\u2022 Provide efficient operational support to all business units.
\n\u2022 Provide high quality financial services
\n\u2022 Provide account maintenance and support.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Skills
\n\u2022 University degree (minimum 2:2), with other relevant academic & work experience
\n\u2022 Sound knowledge of general banking laws and practices.
\n\u2022 Experience in lending propositions preparation\/processing
\n\u2022 Adequate management and office administration concepts.
\n\u2022 Competence in financial accounting\/forecasts
\n\u2022 Ability to plan daily\/periodic operations
\n\u2022 High Marketing\/selling proficiency.
\n\u2022 Strong interpersonal\/communication skills.
\n\u2022 Familiar with computer processing\/applications.
\n\u2022 Sales targeting and cost budgeting.
\n\u2022 Monitoring and reviewing sales performance\/analysis
\n\u2022 Striking balance between customer\u2019s needs\/requests and bank rules\/policies\/procedures<\/p>\n
