Job Description<\/strong> \n\u2022\tDeliver branch SME and Wealth Management budgets with respect to P and L and balance sheet targets in terms of liability targets by product, number of accounts and value of accounts \n\u2022\tGenerate new business via sales promotions, out marketing calls, presentations\/ seminars and in branch contacts and build relationships with existing customers \nKey Roles & Responsibilities \nTo run the branch as a profit center, managing the sales process by acquiring new business and deepening existing Customer relationships and maintaining operational efficiency while providing the appropriate Service Standards. \n\u2022\tActive participation in the CB Shared Distribution strategy to execute branch action plans for meeting revenues and cost targets<\/p>\n\u2022\tEnsure full Compliance with group standards, local laws and regulations, controls and procedures of the bank. \n\u2022\tAchieving Q12 scores higher than 4.00<\/p>\n
Service Quality \n\u2022\tAccountability for SQ measures and performance \n\u2022\tMaintaining good appearance of branch facilities and staff. \n\u2022\tTrack Service Performance regularly and rectify any deficiency \n\u2022\tAttend to and resolve customer\u2019s complaints and feedback promptly \n\u2022\tEnsure strict compliance with corporate branding and visual standards.<\/p>\n
Human Resources Management & Training. \n\u2022\tImprove staff quality and develop their potential \n\u2022\tConvey Targets and objectives set by top management to all staff and direct resources towards achievement of these targets and objectives. \n\u2022\tProvide job rotation and OJT opportunities to enhance staff skills. \n\u2022\tCarry out staff competency model (personal development planning) and performance appraisal to encourage good performance and highlight areas for development \n\u2022\tCommunicate Bank and CB strategy and tactics.<\/p>\n
