We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Legal \/ Administrative Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0Location<\/strong>: Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The successful candidate would aid to draft and review contracts, SLAs, NDAs, JVAs and other documents.<\/li>\n<li>S\/he also is required to function in a manner as to save the company costs by ensuring the proper management of utilities and consumables and ensuring that deliverables are met in line with company strategy and goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drafting and review of legal documents<\/li>\n<li>Retrieval of filed documents for staff use<\/li>\n<li>Drafting of internal compliance policies<\/li>\n<li>General office administration.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates leadership and mentorship for peers and subordinates.<\/li>\n<li>Self-updating on internal and external corporate governance best practices<\/li>\n<li>Filing of legal statutory documents<\/li>\n<li>Advising the company on legal issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nEducational Qualification:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>LLB, BL.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Years of Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1+ years of progressively responsible in Legal and Admin functions;<\/li>\n<li>Any equivalent combination of experience, training and\/or education.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of working within the customer Care Industry.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in maintaining effective recording systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Legal drafting and review<\/li>\n<li>Legal advisory services and review.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of the ICT industry and surrounding regulations and legislation<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of the Telecommunication industry and surrounding regulations and legislation<\/li>\n<li>Ability to cope with and under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Experience in office administration would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Skill in establishing and maintaining standards, policies, and operational effectiveness of information technology staff.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work on multiple assignments.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with computers, especially MS Suite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Interpersonal Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Honesty, integrity and a team player.<\/li>\n<li>Diligence, dedication and discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Team work, proactive, self-driven, result oriented with a positive outlook.<\/li>\n<li>Committed, reliable, tolerant and determined.<\/li>\n<li>Thoroughness and sharp eyes for details<\/li>\n<li>Leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communicator<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><br \/>\nN50,000 \u2013 N70,000 \/month + BONUSES.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/amfani.com\/jobs\/view-detail?id=98\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application\u00a0 Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>30th July, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Interra Networks Limited is an Information &amp; Communications Technology (ICT) company headquartered in Atlanta, GA.
