The company has expanded to acquire a large asset base with Headquarters at Jos and three zonal offices within Nigeria. With a vision to be \u2018the preferred partner in health care\u2019 and as a result of rapid expansion, the company is seeking to recruit dynamic and performance driven individuals to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Brand Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos and Jos, Plateau<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct and use strategic market analysis to precipitate and improve strategic decisions about products.<\/li>\n<li>Develop Annual Training Programs for sales &amp; marketing staff in order to enhance performance and professionalism.<\/li>\n<li>Develop effective communication strategies to achieve business and corporate objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Establish key issues, elements of strategies, tactics, actions plans, and investment, to impact the market share, market growth strategies and profits for key products.<\/li>\n<li>Establish the peculiar needs of members institutions and recommend ways and means of addressing them through well-coordinated public relations efforts<\/li>\n<li>Any other assignment as will be given by the supervisor from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must hold a minimum of B.Pharm.<\/li>\n<li>Honesty and maturity in character very essential.<\/li>\n<li>Must have effective time and activity management skills, self-confident with the ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Must demonstrate persistence, self-motivation and be a good listener.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants to this position must be below 40years of age.<\/li>\n<li>Must have 1 \u2013 3 years of hands-on field experience and have the capacity to develop and implement strategies to build assigned brands while achieving market share.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent inter-personal &amp; communication experience.<\/li>\n<li>Must demonstrate good sales attitude with the ability to achieve brand penetration and visibility.<\/li>\n<li>Must be a team player with positive attitude.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications and a detailed Resume to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:bm@chanmedi-pharm.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">bm@chanmedi-pharm.org<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the \u201cJob title\u201d as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>22nd July, 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/li>\n<li>CHAN Medi-PHARM is an equal opportunity employer.
