We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Retail Sales Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Specialization(s):<\/strong> Banking \/ Finance \/ Insurance<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote the image and values of the Bank under existing environment\/ competition, and a growing emphasis on quality customer service to ensure overall performance\/profitability of the branch and customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and market prospects within the target market<\/li>\n<li>Carry out deposit mobilization initiatives (Current &amp; Savings accounts (CASA, Fixed Deposits account)<\/li>\n<li>Prepare customers\u2019 loan applications and collate\/direct data to the approving authority through the appropriate channels<\/li>\n<li>Ensure existing investments and liquidation are done accurately and promptly<\/li>\n<li>Create quality risk assets and effectively manage balance sheet along target lines<\/li>\n<li>Carry out effective and constant monitoring of customers\u2019 account balances with a view to beefing up same<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast of local and national economic, financial and political events which may impact on deposit liability generation and credit facilities<\/li>\n<li>Identify customers\u2019 needs, proactively seek to provide products\/services to meet such needs and advice on appropriate selection of banks products<\/li>\n<li>Render all credit\/risk asset reports, deposit liability report and LDR status report to Business Manager on a weekly basis<\/li>\n<li>Efficiently process new investment requests and review existing investment\/liquidation requests accurately<\/li>\n<li>Ensure existing investments and liquidation are done accurately and promptly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Indicators<\/strong><br \/>\nFinancial:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Risk Asset mobilized against set target<\/li>\n<li>Current &amp; Savings Account mobilized against set target<\/li>\n<li>No of non-performing loans<\/li>\n<li>Profitability and growth in deposit<\/li>\n<li>Impact of product \/ service cross selling to Group\u2019s profitability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Customer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Number of accounts managed, dormancy ratio and new accounts opened<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>People:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Learning Score<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Process &amp; Others:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Level of compliance to KYC\/AML \/ CFT guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Number of Operational risk controls and compliance issues raised<\/li>\n<li>Process efficiency improvement initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Number of Alternate Channels activated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Risk &amp; Control:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Internal Audit rating<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Person Specification \/ Job Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Job holder should be friendly, assertive, independent, quick paced and have the ability to motivate others.
