\nResponsible for the management and oversight of the company\u2019s
\noperational activities, timely quality service delivery and business profitability<\/p>\n
\nDevelop, implement & manage the Company\u2019s Operations procedures and guidelines
\nManage the execution of the Company\u2019s Operational activities to ensure, market penetration, enhance business growth and operating efficiency
\nIdentify, evaluate and develop new business opportunities based on insights derived from market analysis
\nDevelop and implement internal control measures to guarantee the integrity of service delivery and safeguard company assets and interests
\nEnsure corporate objectives pre met within the defined period.
\nEstablish and maintain productive working relationship with relevant regulatory agencies and other industry stakeholders<\/p>\n
\nA good first University degree (minimum 2.2); an MBA or relevant professional qualification
\nMinimum of 10 years post-qualification experience; 7 of them at a Strategic Senior Management level in a similar reputable organization
\nIndustry knowledge, Strategic Thinking, Business and Financial Acumen
\nRelationship Management & Conflict Resolution Skills<\/p>\n
\nManage the development and Implementation of the company\u2019s financial strategy\/policies\/procedures; effectively deplore the company\u2019s admin resources for optimum efficiency<\/p>\n
\nDevelop and implement effective financial management strategy.
\nDevelop and maintain an effective financial information system that enables the production of timely periodic financial and management reports<\/p>\n
\nPlan & coordinate activities of statutory examiners (e.g. external auditors, Internal Revenue Service etc).
\nManage compliance with internal control procedures.
\nEstablish and manage appropriate framework for general administration and resource management in the company.<\/p>\n
\nA good first University degree (minimum 2.2) in Accounting \/ Economics & Professional Accreditation (ACA; ICAN) with 7 \u2013 10 years professional experience preferably in a similar organization
\nAccounting Standards, Treasury & Funds Management, Taxation, Assets & liabilities Management<\/p>\n
\nEvaluate and articulate business development opportunities and develop same into viable and profitable businesses<\/p>\n
\nEvaluate and harness business opportunities based on insight derived from sound business intelligence
\nDevelop a comprehensive strategic plan for business development and marketing needs
\nDevelop enhanced services with value proposition for existing and potential market needs
\nGrow quantum of business with existing customer and monitor business performance against defined key performance indices\/metrics
\nEnsure prompt collection of payment for services rendered<\/p>\n
\nA good first degree (minimum 2.2) in a business related course; an MBA will be an added advantage.
\nMinimum of 5 years relevant experience, 3 of which must have been spent in a business strategy development role in the organized private sector Strategy Formulation, Industry Knowledge, Business & Finance Acumen Oral & Written Communication, Customer Orientation, Negotiation, Innovation & Creativity, Integrity<\/p>\n
\nManage the company\u2019s systems of control and compliance with internal control policies and procedures<\/p>\n
\nDevelop a comprehensive Internal Audit strategy and plan for monitoring and maintaining the integrity of business processes, procedures and decisions
\nEstablish an effective fraud prevention framework and loss control system<\/p>\n
\nGenerate reports and make recommendations for constant improvement of internal control systems<\/p>\n
\nA good first degree (minimum 2.2) in accounting or economics. A higher degree in business audit or professional qualification in risk management and Accreditation (ACA; ICAN) will be an advantage.
\nA minimum of 5 years relevant experience in business audit and risk management positions in reputable companies
\nFinancial Accounting, Risk Management, Analytical, Integrity<\/p>\n
\nSecure work locations, personnel and assets of the organization; ensure the maintenance of safe, healthy and friendly work environment<\/p>\n
\nDevelop and implement a comprehensive risk assessment and Security Policy In tandem with industry codes and standards
\nLiaise with security agencies and other 3rd parties on safety issues.
\nEnsure optimum security of company assets, personnel, property and environment
\nDevelop an effective method of Intelligence gathering to keep the company
\nabreast of security situations and development.
\nImplement and monitor EHSQ management policy and procedures
\nTrain employees on safety practices and organize regular safety drills
\nDevelop an efficient response policy to manage industrial emergencies<\/p>\n
\nA good first degree or equivalent qualification
\nPast membership of a military or paramilitary organization (Senior Officer Grade) will be an added advantage.
\nMinimum of 5 years cognate experience as a Security Supervisor within a reputable company in the Oil & Gas industry<\/p>\n
