We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Wholesale Development Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve profitable volume\/market share target for the outlet by driving sales to wholesalers and ensuring sales out of the wholesalers.<\/li>\n<li>Building profitable relationships with key wholesalers and ensuring key wholesalers carry company\u2019s target portfolio from the outlet.<\/li>\n<li>Manages recommended price compliance in wholesalers \u2018outlets in the territory.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures regular monthly full business reviews with all wholesalers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures prompt reporting of any competitive activity.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures monthly updating of wholesaler data.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective customer\/ business development to counter competitive activities in the territory<\/li>\n<li>Build value-adding business relationship with wholesalers organisation to deliver sustainable business growth<\/li>\n<li>Ensures generated orders are fully delivered by distributors.<\/li>\n<li>Works with appropriate authorities to ensure wholesale loyalty scheme is well run.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences or related fields<\/li>\n<li>Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for a demanding and customer-focused working environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure with limited supervision whilst maintaining attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years position in a pharmaceutical\/OTC organization with commercial expertise gained across Sales \/ Consumer Marketing or Sales Management with a good track record of performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@hazonholdings.com\"><strong>recruitment@hazonholdings.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wellness Healthcare Limited was incorporated in 2008 (RC7440945).
