We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Quality Control Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Ogun<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Effective implementation of supplier quality assurance program.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with R&amp;D, Procurement and central quality for establishing specifications and standards related inputs, process controls and finished products.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct process validation &amp; stability studies for all product lines.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and maintain the compliance to ISO systems &amp; Standards.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with operations for failure investigations, process &amp; product incidents and track corrective actions.<\/li>\n<li>Control change management in product and process and conduct risk assessment of the same.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate complaints and implement CAPA<\/li>\n<li>Maintain quality and regulatory compliance in order to successfully pass through inspections and internal &amp; external audits.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain Quality Data Management &amp; MIS systems<\/li>\n<li>Monitor &amp; control site GMP practices in conjunctions with peer functions.<\/li>\n<li>Develop standards for operation and maintenance of QA \/ QC laboratories compliant to GLP requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain sampling &amp; testing program for Incoming materials, Work-in-process controls, finished product testing and release protocols.<\/li>\n<li>Set-up &amp; control Laboratory operations related to physical, chemical, microbiological &amp; Packaging Quality parameters.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate quality requirements for new products, new formulations and cost optimization initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc. in Chemical Sciences \/ Microbiology with Packaging Technology as additional qualification<\/li>\n<li>5 \u2013 10 years experience in chemical industry (Glues \/ Paint Emulsions \/ soaps &amp; detergents \/ Industry Chemicals) with thorough process understanding<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing relationships with regulatory agencies such as Standard Organisation of Nigeria, NAFDAC, LASEPA etc.<\/li>\n<li>Strong managerial skills<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills &amp; inter-personal skills<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge on quality and food safety systems<\/li>\n<li>Must be willing to work in different B2B business units and locations in Nigeria when required.<\/li>\n<li>QA, QC, GMP and food safety requirements<\/li>\n<li>Hands on experience in packaging material analysis and laboratory analytical techniques<\/li>\n<li>Experience in driving the implementation of quality systems<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing B2B customers and effectively managing relationships with all stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:career.cormart@clicktgi.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>career.cormart@clicktgi.net<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the \u201cJob Title\u201d as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>25th July, 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group is an international investment and holding company with over three decades in building sustainable businesses in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), agriculture, agro-allied, healthcare, chemicals,&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[43,58],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group Ongoing Recruitment - Apply Now!
