We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Risk &amp; Compliance Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the formulation and documentation of Innovectives risk &amp; compliance plan<\/li>\n<li>Ensure implementation of and adherence to risk &amp; compliance policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Create awareness and improve homogenous compliance culture.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor overall compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies<\/li>\n<li>Investigate irregularities and non-compliance issues<\/li>\n<li>Ensure incidents are analysed to identify control weaknesses, areas of improvement and communicated to appropriate departments<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up on recoveries, disciplinary hearings, dismissals, insurance claims reported<\/li>\n<li>Ensure risk is comprehensively reported in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the implementation of Risk policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adequate controls are in place to prevent Regulatory breaches<\/li>\n<li>Conduct internal training \/ refresher training for staff on KYC\/AML\/CFT compliance, identification of suspicious transactions and reporting requirements<\/li>\n<li>Perform risk assessments to understand the level, significance and scope of risk.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in ensuring Innovectives does not suffer any loss as a result of regulatory non-compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Finance or any numerate discipline<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge on IT security<\/li>\n<li>Excellent presentation and communication skills (both oral and written)<\/li>\n<li>Planning, organisation and coordination skills<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to observe and analyse business processes<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Risk Management and Compliance for Banks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:buildacareer@innovectives.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>buildacareer@innovectives.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the \u201cJob Title\u201d as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>11th August, 2020<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Only candidates who meet the shortlist criteria will be contacted<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Innovectives, an integrated fintech company, is a Payment Facilitator, licensed Agent Banking Services Provider, inter-bank Payment Aggregator as a well as a certified mobile Point of Sale solution provider.
