He or she will also be responsible for sales, and will prepare, manage and file documents for our projects.<\/li>\n<li>The preferred candidates should be able to analyse the requirements and specification of a project and determine the cost involved to launch such a project. Ultimately, the role involves coordination, directing and lead estimating efforts to ensure optimum costing and coordination of projects and programs to ensure the Company meets customer expectations and manufacturing requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in preparing cost data for proposals and contract negotiations.<\/li>\n<li>Determine project scope, define requirements, works with other Streams to coordinate production, meet deadlines and customer requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Establish quote priorities based on evaluation and analysis of overall opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analysing standards, programs, and reports.<\/li>\n<li>Performs performance monitoring and control functions for specific applications, including the consistent use of applicable procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Provide financial reporting, trending data.<\/li>\n<li>Perform data analysis and development.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and\/or revise manufacturing processes, procedures, work instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Project Management or relevant field<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as a Cost Engineer\/Estimator or similar role<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with project management<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel<\/li>\n<li>Data organization skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Electronic Document Control Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Can you wear the shoes? Our client in the Oil and Gas Industry is looking for an Electronic Document Controller to prepare, manage and file documents for our projects.<\/li>\n<li>He or she will be involved in typing proposals\/contracts, archiving files and ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation.<\/li>\n<li>To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience reviewing technical documents along with the ability to spot errors.<\/li>\n<li>Ultimately, you\u2019ll support our procedures by maintaining transparent, up-to-date and easily traceable documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Train employees on how to use and access the documents.<\/li>\n<li>Create systems to manage company documents.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct company audits to ensure documents are being followed.<\/li>\n<li>Work with auditors to maintain ISO status.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all documents are up to date<\/li>\n<li>Develop procedures so that they are standardized.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and collaborate with project managers.<\/li>\n<li>Follow company
