{"id":91447,"date":"2020-07-24T10:15:26","date_gmt":"2020-07-24T09:15:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=91447"},"modified":"2020-07-24T10:15:58","modified_gmt":"2020-07-24T09:15:58","slug":"konga-recent-available-job-opportunity-apply-now","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/konga-recent-available-job-opportunity-apply-now.html","title":{"rendered":"Konga Recent Available Job Opportunity &#8211; Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Konga is a leading player in the Nigerian ecommerce space, with over a thousand (1000) employees across the country, over 30 offline retail stores and many growing business subsidiaries such as KongaPay, Konga Travels and Tours, Konga Express etc.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently looking for a talented person with a passion for the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain\/ Pharmalogistics to join our team and run the Pharmaceutical arm of Konga business in the capacity below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head of Pharmaceutical Distribution Company<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Type:<\/strong> Full Time<br \/>\n<strong> Job Category:<\/strong> Management Level<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to:<\/strong> CEO<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ideal candidate will Oversee Company\u2019s National business activities and sales force to ensure observable growth as measured with KPls; coach, motivate, coordinate, and provide leadership for sales team to achieve double digit growth in prescription and sales and build a high-performing sales team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To develop and grow the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain unit of Konga (major)<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and grow all existing business relationships for Konga Pharmaceuticals<\/li>\n<li>Strategically plan and manage the distribution channel of Konga Pharmaceuticals<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for: managing all inbound and outbound logistics, financial\/operations performance of the delivery activities including analytics and actions for continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with global team in the selection and implementation of new logistic service providers to improve service levels and optimize costs<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for all trade compliance activities<\/li>\n<li>Take a leading role in the implementation of new software to optimize supply chain processes<\/li>\n<li>Initiate and lead service improvement initiatives. Create a pipeline of ideas that continuously improves results in transportation and transportation cost, and on-time delivery<\/li>\n<li>Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timely targets<\/li>\n<li>Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements<\/li>\n<li>Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing data to assess performance, discover logistical problems and devise plans for improvements<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all pertinent regulatory laws and requirements<\/li>\n<li>Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers<\/li>\n<li>Strategically manage the Konga Pharmaceuticals\u2019 budgets and ensure optimal utilization<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as may be required from time to time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Professional Skills &amp; Qualifications Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Physiology or Biochemistry.
