We are looking for people who are passionate about making a strong contribution to Exinity Group\u2019s growth to join our team in the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Service Representative, English Speaking<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja, Federal Capital Territory<br \/>\nJob Type: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist clients worldwide through a live support;<\/li>\n<li>Answer e-mails, assist with the opening of client accounts, amend existing accounts, maintain client records and liaise with appropriate departments;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate impeccable telephone etiquette and management;<\/li>\n<li>Handle back office queries;<\/li>\n<li>Support clients with technical and troubleshooting issues;<\/li>\n<li>Report to the management;<\/li>\n<li>Deal with complaints of a varying nature promptly and effectively;<\/li>\n<li>Provide support and troubleshooting on MetaTrader platforms;<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with all departments to resolve issues;<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the Compliance Officer regarding complaints and approval of accounts;<\/li>\n<li>Provide all relevant information to clients regarding documents and materials for becoming a client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Higher education in Linguistics or a related field;<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of Chinese and English languages; knowledge of any other language will be considered as an advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent spoken and written communication skills;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word);<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of MetaTrader platforms will be considered an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><br \/>\nCompetitive remuneration package.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/apply.workable.com\/exinity\/j\/0BDBFAB2F5\/\" target=\"_blank\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Exinity Group is a new global wealth management organisation with an ambitious mission to create a new generation of empowered investors and traders.
