We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales and Account Associate<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The purpose of this job description is to provide you with the expectations and specific areas of responsibility as a Sales and Account Associate. Having a clear expectation of your duties is an important aspect of doing your job well as you would be held accountable if you fail to perform your duties as listed in this Job Description.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nThe duties you are expected to perform are:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sales:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Actively participate in the selling process which involves going out to pitch the company\u0422s products and enter related data and records.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct training classes, plan and host events.<\/li>\n<li>Consistently implement all selling techniques like presenting accessories and add-ons.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding the customer lifestyle information and use it in the sales process.<\/li>\n<li>Learn about products and follow all procedures outlined.<\/li>\n<li>Run errands and work efficiently with other staff.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to all company policies.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a positive and professional relationship with co-workers.<\/li>\n<li>Bring all concerns and requests to management.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in all team meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Report all incidents, accidents, and disputes that may occur to management.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to constructive feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Have tools that enable you to work remotely.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure you come to work on time and maintain a professional well-groomed appearance and maintain good hygiene.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Account Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage customer accounts through follow up<\/li>\n<li>Respond to customer&#8217;s questions and assist them in making decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Deal with customer&#8217;s complaints and escalate issues when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Follow through on promises made to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Practice professional telephone courtesy and take messages appropriately and when needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Certificate or OND<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication &amp; Problem-Solving Skills.<\/li>\n<li>Be Computer Literate.<\/li>\n<li>Must be reliable, hardworking, trustworthy, a fast learner and be able to work independently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:elliesfashion1@gmail.com\"><strong>elliesfashion1@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>14th August, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GreenPagesPro is an online business directory.
