As a result of expansion, the company is recruiting for the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Documentation Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Start Date:<\/strong> Immediately<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Roles<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scheduling applicants for interview<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up the whole recruitment cycle till completion with the applicant<\/li>\n<li>Managing the web site page of the company<\/li>\n<li>Proper recording and documentation of transactions and events<\/li>\n<li>Ready to follow-up on credits with customers regardless of location<\/li>\n<li>Performing all other associated administrative roles<\/li>\n<li>Extracting data from the resumes of applicants.<\/li>\n<li>Promotion and Sales of the Company products<\/li>\n<li>Following up on debtors and ensuring debts are recovered<\/li>\n<li>Giving supports for presentations to clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Person Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The person Must be ready to work Monday to Saturday<\/li>\n<li>The person must know how to use words, emails, PowerPoint, excel on a computer<\/li>\n<li>The person must pay attention to details<\/li>\n<li>The person must be ready to deal with people very well with a view to getting results<\/li>\n<li>The person must be living around Abule-Egba Ijaye in Ifako-Ijaye LCDA, Lagos or be ready to relocate<\/li>\n<li>The person must know how to drive with a Valid Driver\u2019s Licence<\/li>\n<li>He must have flair for the Sales and Marketing of dietary supplements.<\/li>\n<li>The person must be able to speak very good English with ability to write letters to clients or third parties on behalf of the company<\/li>\n<li>The person must be multi-tasking and ready to work under pressure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidate should forward their Resume to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:crystaloilfieldltd@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">crystaloilfieldltd@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>31st August, 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The successful candidates will start work with the client very QUICKLY.<\/li>\n<li>This advert is open to everyone regardless of sex, religion, marital status, gender, beliefs or educational attainment.
