We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head Risk Management &amp; Compliance &#8211; M \/ F<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Reference:<\/strong> 2020 &#8211; 276<br \/>\n<strong> Job type (Offshore\/Onshore):<\/strong> Onshore<br \/>\n<strong>Contract type:<\/strong> Permanent Contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nMission:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In charge of Risk Management &amp; Compliance Duties related to processes, finance, efficiency, code of conduct, ethics or major projects on a recurring basis or not. Includes and not limited to:\n<ul>\n<li>Suggest recommendations to cover the identified risks and ensure the implementation of appropriate action plans<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the evaluation of risk management and internal control processes<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the development of a self-assessment compliance control framework and development of a pool of \u201cbest practices&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Propose risk and compliance topics and participate in the elaboration of a multi-year risk and compliance audit plan.<\/li>\n<li>Is accountable within his scope of responsibility of BOURBON compliance standards such\u00a0as defined in BOURBON compliance program.<\/li>\n<li>Is a trusted advisor in the whole business for all risk and compliance-related matter and receive and treat all non-compliance cases raised through the helpdesk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Description and Expected Outcome \/ Performance Indicators<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design &amp; implement an overall risk management process for the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Perform Risk Assessments<\/li>\n<li>Perform Risk Evaluation<\/li>\n<li>Risk and Compliance Reporting<\/li>\n<li>Conduct Internal &amp; External Policy &amp; Compliance Audits<\/li>\n<li>Auditees\u2019 action plan analysis (quality and criticality) as per company and corporate guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Develop and improve specific tools and techniques to mitigate non-compliance risks<\/li>\n<li>Prepare compliance reports for the MD and Risk compliance committee of the board;<\/li>\n<li>Conduct independent investigations into ethics and compliance matters where appropriate (treatment of trigger events related to alleged business malpractices, elaboration of work program, deliverable format, compliance cases follow-up, supervision in case formal investigation has to be performed by compliance auditor.<\/li>\n<li>Establishing the company risk threshold &amp; Business Continuity Plan<\/li>\n<li>Maintain Records of Insurance policies and Claims<\/li>\n<li>To monitor the country program\u2019s adherence to Bourbon procedures and policies in relation to Supply Chain, Finance, HR and Programs as set out in relevant Business Ethics and Compliance guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>To Train and retrain internal and external stakeholders in BINL on Bourbon Compliance and Ethics guidelines and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>To be familiar with relevant rules and regulations in relation to Supply Chain, Finance, HR and Vendor \/ Client Relations as set out in the Compliance guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure awareness of fraud and anti-corruption policies, and lead the effective communication of these policies to staff, clients and vendors.<\/li>\n<li>To produce Annual\/ Monthly\/ weekly activity reports to the Managing Director<\/li>\n<li>Ensure a robust and comprehensive complaints mechanism is put in place to receive complaints and respond in a timely way to allegations related to fraud, waste, or corruption<\/li>\n<li>Review all the company procedures and ensure they are according to corporate guidelines when applicable;<\/li>\n<li>Create new procedures when needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Skills and Experiences<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting\/ Business Administration\/ Commerce or Finance.<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s Degree in Auditing\/Compliance or a related discipline will be an asset<\/li>\n<li>Possession of ICAN \/ ACCA is required<\/li>\n<li>Possession of a CCO\/CAMS or a recognized professional certification in Internal Audit \/ Compliance will be an asset<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English.
