Role Summary\/Purpose:\tGE Africa\u2019s Early Career Development Program (ECDP) is a newly created twelve month leadership program designed to give recent university\/college graduates challenging work assignments, training and development, and exposure to leadership. The program combines hands on experience with formal classroom training to equip participants with the tools and knowledge to become leaders in GE.<\/p>\n

Essential Responsibilities\tECDP is open to recent university\/college graduates of various disciplines including, Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Field Service Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, and more.<\/p>\n

As a valuable member of our team, ECDP participants will receive many benefits including:

\nGE is currently recruiting high potential recent college graduates in several Countries including, Nigeria, Ghana, Angola, South Africa, and Kenya.
\nQualifications\/Requirements:\t\u2022Recent college\/university graduate with no more than 2 years work experience
\n\u2022Authorized to work in your country full-time and without restriction
\n\u2022Must have an advanced to fluent level of English
\n\u2022Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
\n\u2022Demonstrated team player
\n\u2022Confident self-starter who has demonstrated drive
\n\u2022Excellent organization skills, ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines
\nDesired Characteristics\t\u2022Demonstrated leadership ability
\n\u2022Less than two years previous work experience
\n\u2022High performer with a passion to achieve positive business results
