We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Igbo Speaker)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Position:<\/strong> Contract<br \/>\n<strong>Team:<\/strong> Customer Experience<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fenix is looking for dynamic, highly motivated and disciplined Customer Service Representative with a passion for entrepreneurship, renewable energy, and financial inclusion to join our team.<\/li>\n<li>A successful Customer Service Representative must be fluent in igbo, a critical thinker, attentive to details and an excellent communicator.<\/li>\n<li>This position requires individuals to have a strong passion for listening and providing solutions to people.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities, Deliverables and Activities<\/strong><br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure an excellent experience to all customers with each interaction<\/li>\n<li>Give customers information about products and services<\/li>\n<li>Cross-sell Fenix products to customers where possible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Deliverables and Activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution<\/li>\n<li>Vet and open customer accounts by recording account information.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain customer records by updating account information of complaints, issues, resolutions, praises, e.t.c.<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up with customers who have delayed payments<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed<\/li>\n<li>Manage large amounts of incoming calls<\/li>\n<li>Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication<\/li>\n<li>Go the extra mile to engage customers<\/li>\n<li>Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered<\/li>\n<li>Close out or open call records<\/li>\n<li>Read from scripts<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media<\/li>\n<li>Identify and communicate areas for continual improvement of service levels for the Call Center; recommending process improvements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An OND \/ HND \/ Bachelor&#8217;s degree from a recognized institution<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years of experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Excel skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interact with peers and mid level leaders internally<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Highly Desired Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work both in teams and independently<\/li>\n<li>Passionate about solving problems for customers in rural communities<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English Language, and 1 or more other Nigerian Languages<\/li>\n<li>Critical thinking skills (ability to think outside the box)<\/li>\n<li>Good problem solving skills (solutions oriented)<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Willingness and desire to learn new ideas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/boards.greenhouse.io\/fenixinternational\/jobs\/4127407003\" target=\"_blank\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong><br \/>\nIn your cover letter, please be sure to highlight the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Why you are interested in Fenix International, and<\/li>\n<li>What excites you about this particular role.<\/li>\n<li>Fenix offers a competitive salary and a fun, fast-paced and high-growth work environment.
