The Project Controls Manager is responsible for the coordination of the project cost and\u00a0schedule\u00a0control activities, including compliance with Company policies and procedures,\u00a0development\u00a0and maintenance of controls systems to support contracting strategies, and contract administration.<\/p>\n

The position is responsible for establishing and maintaining interfaces with key stakeholders of the projects, and provides accurate and timely\u00a0reports. Provides supervision for the production of cost\u00a0reports\u00a0detailing budgets, approved changes, commitments, and forecasts from available information and historical trend analysis. In addition, the responsibilities of the Project Controls Manager include\u00a0developing\u00a0and managing the overall Project Controls Team, ensuring appropriate quality of cost \/\u00a0schedule\u00a0estimates andrisk analysis\u00a0using Company\u2019s cost assurance process, benchmarking and optimizing scope by using cost targets that lead to top quartile project cost outcomes, establishing appropriate financial control processes, forecasting and managing\u00a0cash flow, implementing an effective cost and\u00a0scheduletrending process, ensuring project\u00a0reports\u00a0effectively communicate project status, ensuring Project Execution Plan incorporates best practices for progress\u00a0reporting\u00a0and project controls, and ensuring proper close out of project controls.<\/p>\n

Tools in place include a multi-user\u00a0Primavera\u00a0server-based resource loaded project\u00a0schedule, detailed Kildrummy Cost Manager\u00a0reporting\u00a0systems, MS-Access-based ad hoc systems for transferring cost data between CompanyERP systems\u00a0and Kildrummy Cost Manager. This position is pivotal to the coordination of project controls deliverable for three separate\u00a0deliveryteams under one funding umbrella, so the\u00a0successful\u00a0candidate will have had considerable experience coordinating with independent teams while driving his own team toward excellence. AACE certification\u00a0helpful.<\/p>\n

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:<\/strong>
\n* BS preferred or equivalent experience BSc (UK)
\n* 20+ years experience.
\n* Kildrummy Cost Manager if possible,\u00a0Primavera\u00a0experience, MS Access with ODBC, Excel, Word, familiarity with Total Cost Management framework of AACE<\/p>\n
