Interfaces with\u00a0IST on the operation of\u00a0CBIS in all\u00a0locations.<\/p>\n

\nSERVICE DIMENSIONS<\/p>\n

\u2022 Designing and maintaining the graphics for the company\u2019s website and\u00a0web pages
\n\u2022 Creating\u00a0departmental websites
\n\u2022 Updating\u00a0information on all departmental websites
\n\u2022 Providing technical\u00a0support for all internal publications<\/p>\n

ACTIVITIES<\/p>\n

\u2022 Designing\u00a0new graphics and maintaining the company\u2019 s web site\/pages
\n\u2022 Creating and maintaining departmental web sites\/pages
\n\u2022 Collating\u00a0information received from departments and divisions for publication on the various sites
\n\u2022 Monitor and ensure the smooth performance and maintenance of the Intranet\u00a0Web serverin liaison with
\nInformation Systems and Telecoms (IST )\u00a0department .
\n\u2022 Liaise with\u00a0IST on the administration of the\u00a0Web server
\n\u2022 Ensuring the smooth performance of the intranet generally
\n\u2022 Providing technical\u00a0support for\u00a0production of internal publications i.e. TupNews, FocusNigeria, policies and
\npresentation materials
\n\u2022 Ensuring the day to day updates of all\u00a0web pages\u00a0like The press,\u00a0production \/drillingreport etc
\n\u2022 Carries out any other duties\/projects that may be assigned by the Hierarchy.
\n\u2022 Updating\u00a0information on the\u00a0CBIS displays etc.<\/p>\n

ACCOUNTABILITY<\/p>\n

Daily updates of the various Intranet sites to ensure accurate and timely communication of relevant
\ninformation internally.
\n\u2022 Accurate, efficient, and timely publication of relevant information on the Corporate\u00a0Businessinformation
\nSystem (CBIS ).
\n\u2022 Provision of technical assistance for publications to ensure timely dissemination of information.
\n\u2022 Disregard of duty may lead to erosion of company image due to publication of inaccurate\/stale information<\/p>\n

Job requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

HND or B. Sc. in Computer Science or\u00a0Business\u00a0Studies. 5 years of relevant working experience.
\n\u2022 Computer literacy and good\u00a0communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\u2022 Knowledge of\u00a0graphic designs\u00a0are added advantage. Good knowledge of Company Processes.
\n\u2022 Good written and analytical skills, relationship, open mind, discretion, confidentiality andintegrity<\/p>\n
