XpatFunds was established by a blend of core finance professionals and successful entrepreneurs to encourage the culture of saving s, finance and investment; which is very central to micro and macro economic growth, development and stability. We seek to provide the necessary linkage between the savings surplus and savings deficit Unit, as well as pursue diverse investments in selected key sectors, geared towards economic transformation of Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

Job Title: Branch Chief Marketing Officer (B-CMO)
Location: Aba

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of C-RMs and R-RMs.
• Drive membership and Deposit Mobilization,
• Drive risk asset and Income generation
• Ensure branch profitability.
• Ensure all RMs meet set targets.
• Drive all branch KPI.
• Other roles as may be assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A First Degree/HND in any of the Social Sciences courses,
• At least 5 years working experience gained in a Banking, Marketing, Insurance or related institution.
• Good interpersonal skill,
• Good Knowledge of Aba/neighboring market.
• Computer Knowledge.

Remuneration

• Basic salary starts from N600, 000.00 Per annum in addition to commissions and other allowances
• Remuneration is also negotiable and based on experience.

 

Job Title: Chief Risk Officer (CRO)/Credit Portfolio Manager
Location: Aba

Responsibilities

• Analyze and approve loan request subject to management approval
• Manage the entire risk asset portfolio of the Co-operative.
• Loan monitoring and recovery
• Ensure all incomes are recognized as due.
• Other roles as maybe assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

• A First Degree/HND in any of the Social Sciences courses,
• At least 3 years working experience gained in a Banking, Marketing, Insurance or related institution.
• Good interpersonal skill,
• Good Knowledge of Aba/neighboring market.
• Computer Knowledge.

Remuneration

• Basic salary starts from N600, 000.00 Per annum in addition to commissions and other allowances
• Remuneration is also negotiable and based on experience.

 

Job Title: Retail Relationship Manager (R-RM)
Location: Aba

Responbsibilities

• Membership and deposit drive -Relationship Management
• Formation of new cells for group savings and loan schemes.
• Credit administration and management -Other roles as maybe assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A First Degree/HND in any of the Social Sciences courses,
• At least 3 years working experience gained in a Banking, Marketing, Insurance or related institution.
• Good interpersonal skill,
• Good Knowledge of Aba/neighboring market.
• Computer Knowledge.

Job Title: Commercial Relationship Manager (C-RM)
Location: Aba

Responbsibilities

• C-RMs to manage high net worth/commercial relationships.
• Formation of new cells for group savings and loan schemes.
• Credit administration and management -Other roles as maybe assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A First Degree/HND in any of the Social Sciences courses,
• At least 5 years working experience gained in a Banking, Marketing, Insurance or related institution.
• Good interpersonal skill,
• Good Knowledge of Aba/neighboring market.
