Job Title: Personal Assistant to the MD
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary:

• Personal assistants will perform secretarial work and provide senior managers with day-to-day administrative support.
• The duties include answering phone calls and managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements. They will also be required to organize events.

Job Description:

• Schedule meetings and manage calendars
• Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
• Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
• Help with daily time management
• Run errands as requested.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 1 – 3 years work experience.

Salary:
N50,000 – N75,000 monthly.
