Services include marketing the property, screening applicants, coordinating lease signings, collecting rent payments, responding to owner and tenant requests, and arranging for repairs when needed.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities

  • Keep office area clean and tidy
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
  • Perform work related errands as requested
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Customer service
  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Assist with logistics and courier service
  • Maintain office filing and storage systems
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or it’s equivalent
  • Numeracy and literacy skills
  • Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent
  • Internet skills
  • Proven experience as an back office assistant, office assistant or in another relevant administrative role
